General Athletic Development Plan
Within Renegade Training the use of training complexes is a key aspect of all generalized training. The success stories are endless within elite athletes and exercise enthuasiasts.
In 2011 we have packaged our storied programs as part of a very special four year program. Each “stage” consists of eight training programs of six weeks. Please note, each stage serves as the prerequisite to the next.

For all within the early (U-14) scholastic level in the Football, Fútbol, Fußball, Футбол, Calcio, Soccer community, please subscribe to “Dominate”. All others (excluding elite athletes) order the full-scale program.
