ten secrets to building strength

The “strength” of silence can be profound. Though in present era of endless affirmation, where liking, sharing and “retweeting” has oddly become a currency of sorts, in-truth the historical perspective of strength is silence in words, powerful in action.

Powerful in action, strength has substance where all the bravado, from endless celebrations in sport of performing a task or even the ribbons for finishing last has distorted the modern image of what is “strong”.

Strength comes with confidence of understanding your capabilities, the resolve to advance said abilities and the open hand of compassion.
