Throughout the course of the period that most go on winter holidays there are a number of very positive approaches to exercise an individual can utilize in their training. These approaches can have an immediate positive effect in general physical conditioning and strength as well as lay a tremendous foundation for the future if continued on a daily basis. The proper use of Hurdle mobility drills and RED2 will have an enormous effect upon general movement along with postural work found in DMC™ and static range of motion.
