The winning entry for this week’s episode of the USPlabs Iron Day, which is quite honestly one of my personal favourites and most needed in the workplace:

General Health and Fitness

Please note: this program is designed as preventative care and restoration to be done before, after or even during breaks in the work place. Quite naturally if performed during breaks it will need to be shortened but should be done daily, particularly for those in jobs requiring manual labour, on a factory assembly-line or seated (i.e. truck driving) for extended periods of time. This routine, while needing a great deal of explanation in an upcoming article series, is part of an exercise regime I developed for a major corporation and its employees worldwide.

Let me stress I feel very strongly about this effort and pleased to present it free-of-charge as we not only take control of the obesity epidemic but reduce workplace injuries that hopefully will result in financial savings to all and lowered insurance costs.

reaching your strength goals

Category : John Davies, Training, USP Labs

While some consider the line between success and failure a fine one, in-fact it is quite obvious and visible for the trained eye as it involves proper planning and focused application. Whatever your goal might be, whether related to sport, fitness, academics, your personal life or career victory is not happenchance and the top of the podium comes to those willing to apply a dedicated approach over time.

The peculiar aspect of that statement is discussing “patience” is likely the least appealing notion in the marketplace today where most want everything within reach in the shortest time possible, also with the least amount of work as well. Unfortunately and despite the typical approach of spouting a “quick-fix” solution, good things take time. It takes many years to accomplish goals in sport or strength pursuits and there is no conceivable way to express the grit and determination needed to push forward against daily challenges. Gains often come by the smallest fragment, an elixir of sweat, physical exhaustion and quite possibly pain and rebounding from injury. Said simply, the cost of victory is hard road but let me tell you the top of the podium has a sweet taste.

achieving your strength and conditioning goals

Category : John Davies, Training, USP Labs

The route to success in health, fitness and sports conditioning is an interesting mix of a proper approach to training, coupled with respect to a healthy diet and supplement regime. When first entering the exercise realm this mixture seems complex yet as you mature you see the equation as relatively straightforward.

To counteract that “straightforward” approach that makes the plan seem so “simple” are two very challenging aspects, that being age and dedication.

With respects to age, my opinion is quite different as I believe the application of a proper exercise, diet and supplementation region is in many ways Ponce de León’s “fountain of youth” whereby you hold off father-time for many years. While there is natural aging process to all, holding it off for many years, possibly decades, with dedication to fitness, diet and supplementation regime is high. Couple in USPlabs anti-aging stack of Pink Magic, Modern, Super Cissus and PowerFull and living an active life in every sense shifts forward dramatically.

achieving your fat loss goals

Category : John Davies, Training, USP Labs

On the heels of OxyElite Pro winning Bodybuilding.com’s award for Best Fat Loss Product, I want to stress that successful weight management is both highly possible and likely never more probable. Advancements in the supplement industry, quite obviously none more obvious than in USPlabs array of products, have radically shifted the likelihood of attaining your health and fitness goals within an electrifying pace.

In simple terms individuals are able to develop stronger, faster and leaner physiques in a much quicker timeframe because of scientific breakthrough.

Couple improved knowledge of diet structure the theoretical potential is extraordinary with only two complicating factors.

Point one is compliance as individuals have every asset at their disposals of what supplements to take and how to do so to accelerate development. Following the plan (http://usplabsdirect.com/forumdisplay.php/112-How-to-Stack) is simple route towards your goals with the condition you adhere to the instructions. This equally applies to dietary plan and establishing long-term approaches to proper eating habits (i.e. “simplicity”) such that the weight is not re-gained.

the first steps in building Rugby excellence

Category : John Davies, Rugby, Training, USP Labs

Ten days into Rugby World Cup 2011 in beautiful New Zealand, fans across the world have been treated to a brilliant competition. Amongst the great stories of outstanding performances and underdogs rising the occasion, the sports great lessons of courage, honour and good sportsmanship are being showcased to the world. As the sport readies for a massive push on the global front that will increase its visibility far beyond its present level, many will begin to realize it is equally one of the most complex in its preparation.

Rugby is fine line that carefully blends extraordinary overall athleticism of brute strength and speed with tactical precision, discipline and carefully crafted sport skills. Unlike many sports where physical training often takes on an algebraic notion, albeit often misguided, that certain attributes will naturally make up a better player, such notions are quickly squashed in Rugby. With all its demands, Rugby is in my opinion the truest form of competition within team contact sports as it combines the above characteristics in a mixture of unified team play and undaunted courage.
