The peculiarity of the modern health, fitness and exercise market is that it spends the vast majority of time making many concerns sound highly complicated when they are the precise opposite. Partially because of a society far removed from the lifestyle of its parents or grand-parents generation and somewhat innocently many common notions have been lost but without a doubt much is related to the “song and dance” of generating sales.
