For over 20 years Renegade Training has blazed a trail for the industry

The principles of Renegade Training are embedded in virtually every well
known coach / trainers work today as training concepts and protocols
that were developed solely by Renegade Training are now intertwined through
the strength & conditioning / fitness community. Phrasing and ideas
of “imperfection training”, “general physical preparation” “chaos” and “movement
generation” were unheard-of until Renegade Training. While many

work on General Physical Preparation changed the industry and has always
left Renegade clients lean and hard.

outline training and diet plans at $199 each.
4. ADONIS
This is the power source which all others will be based upon. This program
is not for the weak or those who have meandered around basic training
programs without understand the sacrifice needed. It is highly recommended
that an
individual entering the “Adonis Project be versed in the “Mad
Science / Complex” series and prepared for extreme development.
