FAST-PACED FAT LOSS

If fat loss has ever been a goal of yours, no doubt you have been bombarded with advertisement after advertisement claiming this pill is the greatest and that program is the Holy Grail.

Well, I’m here to tell you today that a few simple steps in your training can provide you with a myriad of benefits. Yes, that includes torching your fat and you don’t even have to send me 3 easy payments of $99. Although I do accept all methods of payment!

1. Cut your rest periods in half.
It’s really as simple as that. Alternate two or three different exercises, utilizing bi- or tri-complexes. Drop the weight a bit if you need to. Chances are the weight you are using is too heavy anyway, so taking 10-15% off the bar will serve you well. Of course you have heard this before, but have you ever actually done it? Trust me, that muscle will still be there. Most likely you will even look bigger at a lighter weight. Plus you body will reward this hard work with a release of testosterone and growth hormone that will have you feeling like a million bucks.

Not to mention all of the stress you will save on the tendons, ligaments and organs by dropping a few pounds. Most guys in the gym are guilty of getting a bit too heavy. I have been guilty of it at times as well. But if your goal is to look better, feel better and live a more productive life, then statistics say that you should drop a few.

2. Don’t sit down
Stand more at work. Stand more at home. Never sit down at the gym. Perform as many tasks standing as you can and look for ways to stay on your feet. At first this sounds pretty basic, but ask yourself how many seated exercises you did last workout. You sit more than you realize. You are probably sitting right now. Why don’t you stand up? You will learn better standing anyway.

For those who train others, this rule works wonders. Your clients sit enough outside the gym; keep them standing when they are with you. Besides, when you have them stand the entire workout you automatically select exercises that will give them the best results.

3. Train the entire body every workout
I don’t mean crushing every body part with pre-exhaust, drop sets, heavy negatives and high volume each workout. What I mean is adopt the principle of training movements, not musculature. I’m pretty sure you use your entire body every day so why would your training be any different?

Besides, this will provide a training effect unlike split routines. You will actually look better—and GASP—feel better! Who would have thought? Don’t let the fluff magazines tell you how to train. They simply do not think enough of you, their reader base, to provide you with training that actually works. They just want you to buy their supplements and rip you off.

If fat loss is a goal of yours I hope that you utilize these simple, yet very effective training tips. They may seem almost too simple, but they certainly aren’t easy.

Our new DVD series Sizzle provides a great blueprint to show you exactly to melt that stubborn fat off quickly or help get your clients in the best shape of their lives.
